DAVID FURY

As well as being co-executive producer and writer for Buffy, David has a background in musical theater, performing in productions such as Kiss Me Kate, Cabaret and The Fantasticks.

When he heard that Joss was going to write the musical, David reminded him of his musical background and asked, "if there's any opportunity for me to do something in the musical, I would love to do it." Joss replied, "Absolutely. There'll be room for everyone."

MARTI NOXON

Marti is also a Buffy co-executive producer and writer with a musical talent.

When she heard that David Fury had asked for a part in the musical, Marti asked, "'Me too! Put me in! Put me in!'...The next thing I knew Joss had written me this little part." Her next reaction was "Take me out! Take me out!" Thankfully, despite her cold feet, Marti stayed in the musical.
